About the project
Aim: Support Thomas Straker during the early stages of building an audience across multiple social platforms, starting from simple cooking videos filmed in his back garden during lockdown.
Approach: While Straker’s phone-shot content became the backbone of his rapid growth, we collaborated with him on a range of projects that added depth to his channel - including more structured, longer-form YouTube series and visually polished pieces that complemented his day-to-day social videos. Our role was to expand the types of content his audience could engage with, without disrupting the raw, direct-to-camera style people connected with.
Impact: Our work helped broaden Straker’s content offering as his online presence took off, contributing to the early creative foundations of a chef who has since become one of the UK’s most recognisable food personalities.
