About the project
Aim: Produce engaging content from Ottolenghi’s test kitchen, working with a rotating cast of chefs and high-profile guests from Nigella Lawson to Peggy Gou.
Approach: Although the focus of each shoot is longer-form recipe and development content, everything is filmed with short-form adaptability in mind, ensuring moments can be cut down into tight, social-friendly edits without losing the integrity of the original piece.
Viewing on best performing reel. While the long form maintained the focus of the shoot, the short form is always present in the shooting style.
